Eligibility:
Recipient must
- be a Canadian citizen /permanent resident and resident of Ontario;
- be an undergraduate student in second or third year in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering, the Faculty of Arts and Science, University of Toronto Mississauga or University of Toronto Scarborough and
- demonstrate financial need and academic merit
- Candidates are also required to demonstrate active involvement in one of the followings: -research, coursework or work experience involving micro/nanofabrication; - a proposal for potential student summer research project or capstone project involving micro/nanofabrication.

- New for Fall 2022 / Winter 2023: You may apply for multiple awards on one U of T Student Award Application Form if you meet the award criteria. A separate application form is required for each term.
- Award recipients will receive an award letter by email from Enrolment Services, usually one month after the application deadline.
- The award letter will include information on the award payment and should be kept for future reference.
