- New for Fall 2022 / Winter 2023: You may apply for multiple awards on one U of T Student Award Application Form if you meet the award criteria. A separate application form is required for each term.
- 1) Competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students in attendance at the University 2) Award will be made on the basis of an essay upon a subject connected with International or Interracial Relations 3) Essays are to be typewritten and consist of approximately 3,000 words. They should be accompanied by a bibliography, and all authorities should be cited and quotations indicated. 4) Each essay should be submitted under a pseudonym which is to be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the writer’s real name, College or Faculty, and home address.
- As part of your application, you will be asked to upload two reference letters, in support of your application. At least one reference must be from a Faculty member or staff at the University of Toronto.
- Award recipients will receive an award letter by email from Enrolment Services, usually one month after the application deadline.
- The award letter will include information on the award payment and should be kept for future reference.
