Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) for Part-Time Students

Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons living in Ontario at time of study; taking between 20% and 59% of full course load; enrolled in certificate, degree, or diploma program of between four and 52 weeks in length; financial need

Financial Aid Application Required Domestic Students Open Application Deadline: If your part-time study period is up to 20 weeks long, your application and all supporting documents must be received no later than 6 weeks before the end of your study period. If your part-time study period is 21 weeks or longer, your application must be received no later than 60 days before the end of your study period and all supporting documents no later than 40 days before the end of your study period.

National Scholarship Program

Must be a Canadian secondary school student intending to begin university the following academic year; Canadian citizen, permanent resident or protected person who demonstrates superior academic performance, original and creative thought, and exceptional achievement in a broad context.

Barkley's of Avonmore Bursary

To be awarded to a graduate of Cornwall Collegiate and Vocational School entering Arts and Science on the basis of academic merit and financial need. In the absence of a suitable candidate from Cornwall, students from high schools in the counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry will be considered.

To be awarded on admission to an outstanding student enrolled in a science program within the Faculty of Arts and Science on the basis of demonstrated financial need. Preference is given to students from the Peel Region and/or a student registered in Victoria College.

Awarded to a student who is a descendent of one who has served in the Canadian forces. Proof of service in the forces is required.

To be awarded to students on admission on the basis of academic performance and demonstrated interest in and commitment to study in Humanities at the University of Toronto. Students must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship Program

Must be an international secondary school student (i.e. a non-Canadian requiring a study permit) intending to begin university studies in the following academic year.

Scholars and Students At Risk Award Program

The Scholars at Risk Award Program was established in response to the Syrian crisis which highlighted the growing refugee population worldwide.

The award is open to refugee students on admission to the University of Toronto on the basis of financial need.

Walker Wood Foundation Scholarship in Science

To be awarded to an incoming full-time Canadian student entering their first year of study in the sciences who graduated from a high school in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, or outside of the Greater Toronto Area on the basis of financial need and involvement in extra-curricular activities (including, but not limited to: music, leadership, community work).
